Don't cross the bridge untill you come to it.

It was a dark and stormy night and I was baking cookies in my house. I am very optimistic.
I brought my fresh cookies to share with my next door neighbor when it comes to baking, I am always serious because I want to perfect the recipes.
One day I received a phone call from someone who I did not recognize. Suddenly, there was a knock on the door and the light quickly went out. I felt scared because I usually stay home alone. I tried to stay calm but the knocking only continued.
Finally, I decided to open the door and face the stranger. He wasn't what I had expected. The stranger was very calm and generous. There was nothing to fear. He asked for a candle and flashlight since his electricity had gone out.
This story taught me that fear is not about people's tones. It is a product of overthinking. We shouldn't panic or jump to conclusions until we can judge the situation fully.
Always go into any situation prepared for the worst, but don't overthinking and scare yourself. Remember to keep calm.

The difficult thing for me, I never win.

This one of the difficult thing for me. I have never win.
Every woman dreams of a good body, a good shape, and good health so she can proud when people look at her, praising her as a good looking, healthy person. I was one of those who dreamed of having a perfect shape, a good shape and nice looks.
When I was yong I had a smaller body than my friends and I was always proud when wearing beautiful clothes. Every body looked at me with favour and appreciation. Time having passed so quickly in my life with work, friends, parties as well I didn't realise that I had gained so much weight going for 45 to 75 kg.
I have found that there are many ways to lose weight like:swimming, jogging, yoga and controlling my lifestyle of eat.
I like junk food, sweet candy and  snacks all my food choices make me gain more weight. I tend to give up and not lose weight because I still follow the same behavior without changing my lifestyle. However I am still looking for a faster way to lose weight by taking a diet pills but this has not worked either.
Losing weight is difficult for me. Weight gain must be taken seriously, we must be serious about it in our minds. I think the most important and effective ways to lose weight are to eat what we want, but eat less of it and to exercise regularly. It is also important to have disciplined lifestyle so we might say: although there are various way to reduce one's weight, none of these way will work if we eat and have no discipline in our lives.
So the most difficult thing for me is to have the discipline to lose weight. I never win.
